But they were mid-rebrand, operating without a consistent content presence, and sitting on a podcast full of powerful conversations that weren't making their way into the world with any real strategy behind them.

The Bold Type Collective stepped in to create structure, consistency, and visibility for Thryvo during one of their most pivotal seasons — a full rebrand from EJ Consortium to Thryvo Financial Advisory, a B Corp application in progress, and a growing podcast audience that deserved more than ad hoc posts.
We built and executed across every layer of their content and communications:
Content Calendar Architecture: Built out and managed a full monthly content calendar in Loomly, establishing a 3–4 posts per week cadence with a structured client approval workflow so nothing went live without Rachel's sign-off.
Podcast Repurposing System: Developed a four-step repurposing process to extract Instagram content directly from each episode — transforming guest conversations into captions, graphics, and scheduled posts that extended the life of every recording.
Visual Content Strategy: Transitioned from manual Canva production to AI-assisted design using Claude Design, producing cleaner, more professional graphics at a faster pace without sacrificing brand consistency.
Rebrand Content Support: Managed placeholder content and maintained posting cadence throughout the EJ Consortium → Thryvo rebrand, ensuring the Instagram presence stayed active while logo and brand assets were being finalized.
Audience Positioning Strategy: Identified a gap in Thryvo's content mix — an over-index on crisis-driven messaging — and developed a dual-audience framework to attract both mission-driven founders in pain and growth-stage purpose-driven businesses ready to invest in financial infrastructure.
Talking Head Video Strategy: Developed scripts and a full quarter's content plan for founder-led video content to expand Thryvo's presence on Instagram and TikTok, positioning Rachel as a trusted expert guide — not just a rescuer.
Metrics Reporting Integration: Set up monthly performance reporting (delivered automatically to The Bold Type Collective) to enable data-driven pivots and establish a baseline before new content formats rolled out.

With a content system in place and a clear strategic direction, Thryvo stepped into their rebrand with a consistent voice, a functioning approval workflow, and a content pipeline that didn't depend on anyone chasing anyone else.
